Due to demand we have gone into the Expatriate & Foreign national BTL mortgage market, brief criteria as follows:
  • Min Age 18 & Maximum 65 (Employed) or 75 (Self-Employed)
  • Min Loan £100k
  • Min Joint Income £50k
  • Current rate of BBR + 2.69%, 1% Lender Fee (can be added), 2% ERC if repaid within first 3 years  
  • Loan to Value 65% on Interest Only but increases to 70% on Re-payment basis 
  • New builds or properties less than 5 years old LTV reduced by 5%
